Abby Murphy

Grew up in the metro Detroit area. In high school Abby worked at CrossFit in the D and grew a passion for kids, fitness, and the city. Abby went on to study Sports Business and Cross-Sector Leadership at Arizona State University. She has been coaching for 6 years and now has a career in finance.

Haven is a nonprofit organization offering a haven (a place of safety, refuge, a place offering favorable opportunities) to underprivileged youth to learn, grow, breathe, and create opportunities through the sport of fitness within a healthy and active community.
